« The managers of Fantastic Asset Management (Stéphane Maupin, single-owner limited liability company), which have become the trusted partners of their clients, develop direct relationships with them that are based on trust as well as continuity, with great care taken to preserve their privacy. The ability to listen closely to each client's needs allows their financial situation to be handled in an optimal manner, with customised services that meet the highest quality, competence and ethical standards. »

Stéphane Maupin is a government-certified architect, with a degree from the "Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées". After a Masters in Architecture obtained from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (Los Angeles), he settled in Japan, thanks to the Villa Médicis external programme. Upon his return, he joined Philippe Starck's team, where he worked for three years. Stéphane Maupin swung through Brazil in 2001 to prepare the Parade exhibit in Oscar Niermeyer's la Oca (São Paulo), borrowing from the Pompidou Centre's collections. In 2003, he founded his agency with Nicolas Hugon (Fantastic Asset Management), and gained attention for having created the Tokyo Eat restaurant in the Palais de Tokyo. With a focus based on a pluri-disciplinary approach, the Fantastic agency handles design, scenography as well as town planning in its exceptional projects which can sometimes be quite unusual. Stéphane Maupin's approach, which is influenced by life's pleasures, combines convenience with pleasure in the context of hybrid functional projects, an ambition that was well demonstrated during 1998's Transarchitecture03 exhibit.
